CE marking
The CE marking is an indispensable document for products in the entire European Economic Area (EEA).
It covers all the technical legal requirements addressed by the relevant harmonised technical
specification, in force in all EU Member States.
The CE marking defines a common action by providing manufacturers test methods, procedures and
criteria for assessment shared by all European States.
The affixing of the CE marking implies suitability for intended use of construction products, all products which are manufactured to be permanently incorporated in construction works, including the curtain walls, doors and Windows.
Are presumed to use products that allow the works in which they are used, if properly designed and built, to satisfy the essential requirements of the European directive applicable to them (construction products CPR n.305/2011). Therefore, a product is considered to be suitable for the intended use if it satisfies the essential features described in the product standard.
